Manager (Location: Otopeni – transportation from Bucharest is provided)
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Manager , who will actively contribute to the efficient management of stocks and the smooth running of the warehouse. The role involves direct involvement in the flow of materials and the permanent updating of data in the IT system.
Candidate profile:
- Forklift certificate and experience in operating an electric forklift (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position or in management activities
- PC operating skills (email, Excel)
- Rigor, attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Team spirit and ability to meet deadlines
Advantages:
- Experience in using an ERP system
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate conversational level
- Completed secondary education
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, verifying and recording materials in the computer system
- Operating forklift and electric lyser for handling and transferring materials
- Operating transfers, returns and other internal movements
- Comparing delivery documents (invoices, advice notes) with received goods and orders
- Preparing materials for the production department
- Organizing deliveries and shipments
- Administration of documents specific to management activity
- Collaborating with the procurement department to optimize stocks
- Reporting any non-conformities found upon reception
- Physical management of inventory and involvement in loading and unloading operations
