Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, assembly, shipping, ticket resolution, and internal communication processes.
- Ensure all warehouse operations are completed accurately, safely, and within established deadlines.
- Monitor operational workflows to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth logistics operations.
- Resolve operational issues, shipping delays, and customer-related escalations promptly.
- Supervise and support a small warehouse team while maintaining productivity and performance.
- Organize daily priorities and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members during daily operations.
- Utilize warehouse systems to manage inventory, shipments, customer orders, and operational activities.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipment performance, and support tickets.
- Prepare operational reports and provide performance insights to management. Modern warehouse coordinators are also expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain clear communication across departments.
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, transportation processes, and supply chain operations.
- Conversational proficiency in both English and Romanian.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, or similar operational platforms.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:
- Experience leading small warehouse teams or coordinating daily warehouse activities.
- Knowledge of courier services and transportation management.
- Experience with international shipping and logistics.
- Understanding of inventory planning, stock forecasting, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
