Requirements
- Higher pharmaceutical studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution
- College Membership Certificate
- Pharmaceutical competence, GDP
- Knowledge of drug distributor authorization standards

- Knowledge of the legislation in the field
Job responsibilities
- Know the Rules of Good Practice for Wholesale Distribution of Medicines
- Respect, promote and follow hygiene and safety rules
- Follow the methods of preparing and shipping orders
- Respect and closely monitor the entire course of medication from the moment of receipt, during storage and until delivery
- Ensures that a quality management system has been implemented and maintained;
- Verify from a pharmaceutical point of view the procedures developed by Quality Assurance;
- It focuses on the management of authorized activities and the accuracy and quality of records;
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of initial and continuing training programs;
- Coordinates and promptly carries out drug recall operations;
- Ensure efficient handling of relevant customer complaints;
- Ensure that suppliers and customers are approved;
- Approves subcontracted activities that may have an impact on BPD;
- Ensure that self-inspections are carried out at appropriate regular intervals, according to a pre-established schedule, and that the necessary corrective measures are taken;
- Keeps proper records of delegated tasks;
- Makes decisions regarding the final destination of returned, rejected, withdrawn or counterfeit products;
- Approves returns to marketable stock;
- Requests APP for all products distributed according to the nomenclature approved by the ANM;
- Checks analysis reports, quality certificates and their records;
- It is responsible for implementing the emergency plan as specified in the product recall procedure, when requested by the competent authorities, and draws up the specific documentation;
- Ensures that storage and transportation conditions are met for the medicines in the company’s portfolio;
- Monitors the disposal of expired products;
- Will send to ANMD monthly, the list of distributed medicines (trade name, international non-proprietary name, quantity) in electronic format and/or on paper;
- Participates in medical and pharmaceutical events in his field of activity;
- He/She is required to periodically attend postgraduate advanced training courses in the field of activity provided.
