Job Description
• assigns status (stored) to each shipment for scrapping;• photographs and records in the FAN Damage application each damaged shipment and those that do not have an AWB;• repackages damaged shipments that are delivered;• processes emails received;• processes shipments that will be returned by preparing AWBs;• manages shipments that have a scrapping deadline;• palletizes and loads shipments for scrapping;• prepares reports;• manages shipments that enter the warehouse;• checks the status of received shipments and contacts customers for resolution;• removes resolved shipments from the warehouse for delivery;• performs scans for shipments that enter and leave the warehouse;• proposes solutions to the direct boss to optimize work;• is responsible for the correctness and promptness of the information provided;• notifies the superior whenever problems arise that exceed the competence to resolve.
