Gabriel Real Estate Advisory GmbH is looking for a Junior Architect or Civil Engineer to support the design, technical planning and permitting of standardized construction projects in Germany (sports and residential buildings).
🔹 This is a design role, with a focus is on technical implementation, accuracy, and working with existing standards and templates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and adapt conceptualization,permitting / approval drawings (LPH 1-5)
- Create technical and execution drawings based on existing standards
- Adapt plans to German building regulations
- Prepare documentation for permitting authorities
- Coordinate technically with project leadership in Germany
- Maintain standardized construction details
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of practical planning experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit is a plus)
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style
- Rendering skills
- Very good English (German is a big plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with permitting / approval planning
- Previous projects for Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
- Experience with standardized or modular construction
- Basic knowledge of European building regulations
