- Team coordination: Planning, organizing and supervising the daily activity of waiters, bartenders and auxiliary staff in the restaurant.
- Service Excellence: Ensuring compliance with high service standards and internal hotel procedures.
- Guest Relations: Welcoming guests, taking feedback, and handling any unforeseen situations or special requests with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Staff development: Integrating new employees and supporting periodic training to improve service techniques and customer attitude.
- Inter-departmental collaboration: Maintaining constant and efficient communication with the Executive Chef and kitchen team for smooth service.
- Administrative and flow: Stock management, inventory checking and ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
✅ What we are looking for (Requirements):
- Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position (Head Chef, Maitre D’ or F&B Manager), preferably in 4 or 5 star hotels.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team motivation skills.
- Solid knowledge of serving techniques, pairing dishes with drinks.
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus).
- Pleasant presence, impeccable manners and resistance to stress during periods of high workload.
- Knowledge of operating hotel/restaurant management systems (e.g. Breeze, Opera).
